I had a terrible experience with Le-Pelle Spa and would not recommend them. I initially tried to book a 2:00 PM appointment, but they told me the only available time was 3:15 PM. In order to accommodate them, I canceled my original appointment to take the later one. However, the next morning, I received a call saying that the 3:15 PM slot was no longer available either.
