Omg! I can’t explain how amazing all the staff is here. Jennifer is amazing and great personality. The three estheticians I have had thus far are all skilled. Yaqueline, Marisa, and Miriam are kind and attentive. Are very thorough with each treatment and always sprinkle a little extra care during the treatment. I have done 6 facials of different kinds and have been very happy so far. My skin condition has improved and it has been a very smoothing and relaxing experience. Kudos to Marissa who is so skilled, caring and professional. I had gone to two other skin care places in East Bay area and Le-Pelle by far outperforms them. Highly recommended.

I went here because it said that their normally-$350 treatment was $70. Happy to state that there were no hidden fees (typical with seemingly too-good-to-be-true offers.) However, when I got my treatment, my esthetician told me they were using a promo machine that doesn’t penetrate as effectively. Everyone was very nice, but don’t advertise that you’re providing the same service when you aren’t. That’s my only gripe, and makes me less likely to come back since I don’t actually know what the service is like.
