Beware!! – Do not take you beloved pets here. I took my dog here and I will never go back it was a blood show. When I went to go pick up my dog I was told that I was charge a 5 dollar handling fee. I asked, well what is that. The lady explained that my dog was very hard to handle and took longer than it should of taken. I said that is weird because the groomers normal comments are that my dog was very well behaved, in fact my past groomers have never told me that my dog gave them any type of trouble at all. horrible !!!!!Avoid this place like the Plague!!! Avoid this place like the Plague!!! 1. The smell of Smoke is horrific yes in there new location!!! 2. Scheduling is ridiculous drop off at 8 to and pick up at 530 pm?? 3. Animals are not being treated in a humane manner ( no walking or water or food) 4. urine and feces in the front entrance 5. Ok let me educate you, you have the right to see your pet. Call as often as you want as well as do routine check in to see how your loved one is doing as any repeatable place would allow you to see your pet.When I asked to see my girl friends dog I was told hes not ready they will call us.. Waiting 6 hours for an animal or longer is hard to belief especially on a 3lb animal. I have parked my car in back of the facility and not one dog was walked. try it you may like it I did..... – Is it me or does it appear a little peculiar that there are 3 complaints all written on the same day?? I couldn't help but notice the last reply On how the store was bare.. My concern is that the pets are well cared for rather then decorations hanging on the wall .. ABUSIVE AND RUDE!!! – We pulled up to find a big sign on the door saying they moved. When we finally found it, walked in, it looked as if the place had been robbed - no furniture, no decorations. Another customer walked in obviously annoyed and wanted to see the owner who apparently had done the grooming on her dog, but of course wasn't available. AVOID !! BAD PLACE – Hi I think this place is really the worst i have ever seen. The scheduling is what ticked me off the most. I dropped off my pug early morning on a saturday .. at 8:04am to be exact. When i got there there were laready 2 pll ahead of me. horrible – i have to agree with the other comments left here on this wesite... i have a lot to write - but to put it simple and short..-- my dog didnt get any water.. the grooming job was done half way-- i have a boxer- and his nails were just as long as when i took him in -- the check in and the check out is a painfull experience-- i choose this place because of my hectic schedule and since there are open on sat. i thought it would work out great for me.. but forget it !! didnt get to pick lex (my boxer) up until the late a... read more

FIND ANOTHER PLACE--- DO NOT GO HERE !!! – PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!! This place smells so badly like cigarettes- and your pet comes out smelling like smoke. I took my cat here and they charged me $50 for bath, nails, ears-- the fur was clean but smelled like smoke .. they didnt bother to wash her face .. because she tears so much .. ... her nails were not even cut right .. most of them were neglected and long-- her ears were waxy just like i had dropped her off.. -- this place is aweful --- find another place you can trust wit... read more
