Tried the CROOKIE after seeing the sign about it outside. Quite sugary, but it did also taste good. The vibe was nice inside but second floor was closed. Pets not allowed inside.
Very well located and surrounded by a beautiful area. The service was excellent and fully bilingual, which is a big plus. However, the food was just average — similar to what you can find in many other places.
I've been coming to Le Pain Quotidien for over a decade. Yes, the food is solid and great, but this review is about more & includes my favorite waitress - Andrea! She's fantastic and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this restaurant. One of my preferred places in the area. Best coffee and related drinks out of 4-5 places I have tried here. Sandwiches, croissant and French toast were all top notch. I would highly recommend they change the seating to something more comfortable, as the current seats are hard and rough on the back.
