I recently visited this salon for what I requested as a regular manicure and a classic pedicure, but unfortunately that is not the service I received. I was given a gel manicure instead and charged full price for it, even though I did not ask for gel. I also received what seemed to be an express pedicure rather than the classic pedicure I requested — my heels were not scrubbed or properly cared for during the service.
