i’ve been here before with my mother and had always had a good experience. Until today i went back for the first time in a long time for an appointment for a fill for 5:30. I wasn’t take back until 6. No biggie. the lady was clearly rushing through my nails and was so fixated on clipping my cuticles she cut 4 of my fingers leaving me bleeding from the moment she did it until even now. Ana is amazing! She does exactly what I ask her to do and I am very particular . She shapes my nails perfectly and is gentle and takes her time. She really tries to do a good job on my nails and succeeds every time! You can tell she actually cares and I love that. Thank you Ladies
