I called at 11 and set an appointment for my eyebrows at 12. I get there at 12 and I’m made to wait in the chair for almost 23 minutes and only at 19 minutes in I was told “sorry they’re running behind” Sorry- but how are you running behind for 25 minutes when I have an appointment. You either double booked or took a walk in right before me. Frustrating how I’m expected to show up on time but I can’t get the same respect back.
My go-to nail salon for the past 13 years - you can't go wrong with any nail tech here, they all know what they are doing. It's quick & it's affordable, and they do an AMAZING job every single time.
Been going here for a while. They always have chairs available and the service is fast. Lots of polish colours to choose from and the staff is friendly and efficient.
I made an appointment for my daughter and dropped her off to get her nails done. They never disclosed to her how much extra it was going to be for what she was asking for vs what she was booked for. When it’s a young girl getting a service done, it should be disclosed to the child that what they are being offered impacts the price.
