The pedicure technician was looking else where and grabbed my foot too tight causing me massive pain during my relaxing spa pedicure. The polish on my toes have began falling off. I went to get my manicure and the male nail tech kept asking me if it hurt, then the tech proceeded to take a chunk out of my nail bed and said it would be a long time to heal, meaning a long time before I can have my nails done again. Hello, I am a black woman and I always go to this nail shop and I will not be returning. When I first walked in, it was only one lady waiting so I sat down then a white woman came in and they let her sit at the nail station. They let the white woman jump in front of me when I been sitting there before her. This is the first and last time this will ever happen to me because I will not be spending my money here anymore.
Decided at the last minute to get a fill in for Valentine’s Day and my nail tech was busy so I decided to take a leap of faith and come to Le Nails after all these years. They were super friendly and quick the fill in turned out amazing!!!!
