Love this place! Jackie & Kim very nice job! It's owner is wonderful & polite!
I call this place to see if I could get an appointment for myself and my daughter to spend some quality time together. Guy was rude on the phone and wouldn't let me make an appointment, said to just walk in! But when I asked if we could sit together he said no! You would think for new business you would be more accommodating for a mother and daughter! I will never go here just based on this phone call!!!!!
Le Nails is the ONLY place to go. Period! – I love this place! In fact, I've had horrible experiences at the last three salons I visited (all because I was too lazy to drive to Strongsville). From now on, I'm going to Le Nails whether the gas prices are up or not! It's ALWAYS worth the trip! Oh, and request Lilly :)
