Hotel is old and musty. Remodeled rooms with torn up furniture and smelly AC units made it worse. To add insult to injury, the AC does't work and they were very difficult to deal with. Came to try and fix it when we arrived, then upon calling them two hours later when it hadn't gotten any better admitted that the AC system hasn't been switched correctly. The person checked me in was not the nicest. She was very short with her answers and not very helpful. Overall the hotel is looking a bit tired. You can see lots of evidence of lack of maintenance soap condition. The shower is hanging off the wall. Marks and other damage along a lot of the walls, fixtures and other things that clearly need to be replaced, etc. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms are a little outdated, the tv doesn't have services like other Marriott hotels, the remotes have a Netflix button that does nothing. You have basic tv that’s it. Nothing luxurious like HBO, ESPN or Netflix like the Courtyards by Marriott offer. We had to go get a fire stick to watch anything. The rooms seem old. The wallpaper in the bathroom of our room was peeling, one of the doors didn’t shut, there was a stain above one of the doors on the ceiling, the shower head couldn’t be moved and for some reason the bathtu... read more
As you see on this official page, it costs $28 for parking... even if we stay here. it's really ridiculous. The only way to reach both airport DFW DAL and downtown is by car, but, still must pay $28 just for parking.. So, do use spothero, and the place was 10 min away by walk from here, and spohero only chargerd me $9.
