The hotel looks nice, however tremendously understaffed for the amount of guests. Almost all vending machines were out of water, front lobby has 2 water dispensers and both were empty, ice machines were also out of ice on multiple floors. Phone was disconnected in room. Coffee pot leaked and there was a note in our room that the TV was on the fritz. Only stayed for 3 nights, wouldn't stay there again.
I don’t think I’ll come back here again. The bathroom smelled like mildew, the grout in the bathtub looked disgusting. The room that I stayed in on the 11th floor, everything was old nothing modern. I could hear the bar from where I was at. But thankfully, everything quiet down by 10 PM, now if I was on the second or third floor that might’ve been even a different experience you can hear everything and everyone in my opinion, the walls are kind of thin.
