3 out of 5 One MAJOR drawback from this community is that it borders the Santa Ana Riverbed, which is the main artery for the homeless to move throughout Orange County. I am not aware as to who manages the location now, but during my tenure it was Michelle and April. Certain things like emotional support animals are not under our control due to the fact that we have to legally accommodate them under the Federal Fair Housing Act. As for bird feeders and items that are hung up, we do try and police this, but often times we are unaware that a rule is being broken because no one informs us. Love My Apartment I have lived here for two years and I am very happy. The management team provided top notch service when I need something from them and the community is very clean. I love the fact that I have two parking spaces under a car port and how quiet the complex is. I have no plans on moving any time soon.

Le Med There are small projects constantly being done around the complex but these small projects are like band aids in comparison for a permanent fix. Fixtures are constantly being painted... ALL THE TIME. if you look at door frames, there are like 50 layers of paints. I think power washing and cleaning regularly would be a better solution. The managers are incompetent. My car has been broken into and things have been stolen from the patio; the managers failed to do anything about improving the security of the complex. The ... read more
Feels like home I been living at le med for over a year now. It's a very relaxing place to live. The layout of the apartment is very open and roomy. I have a great view over looking the tennis court and pool from my patio. Parking is never an issue because each apartment has 2 assigned parking spots. The freeway entrance is down the street and there is plenty of good restaurants around town. This place is the best and I am happy living at le med.
