Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Sometimes, but you have to really look Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Just moved from ga. decided to have my teeth looked at was referred to dr le little did i know that shes not a true dentist and dosent pull teeth but takes x rays ands sends you some where else .S he gave some penicilln for an infection.witch worked. got rear ended in urbana just know able to drive. called dr kim le told here infection is back could i have a refill as i have a tooth ace know . was told no . they will take your money but exepect no other help.im 72 with heart disease bad teeth are not a good combo.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
