We bought probably 2 or 3 massage bed from them and one of them the headrest broke before one year and Nick repair for free but now the other headrest broke too but instead of asking me to buy the whole headrest he just told me he can fix the pin for $25. Way better than buying the whole headrest. They are very honest people and not money grab. They also gave me an alan key and showed me how to prevent it from breaking again. Do not hesitate to do business with them.
