Friendly people, great atmosphere, and quality service – Le Jardin is great. The atmosphere is great, the staff is great and the prices reasonable for the quality service you get. Tara is the best. She has been doing my hair for 7 years now. I get compliments on my hair (even after 5 weeks )every day. I feel like a million bucks when I leave. Le Jardin @ the spa – My new favorite place, I had been going to the same gal for 20 years, but she retired! And you know how hard it is to find a new hair dresser. This place is a bargin.... – I have been going to Le jardin at the Spa, for over a year now. What I love about the Spa is that everyone there is always happy. I had an appointment today for a color and cut, and at least three of the employees ask me if I needed water or a chi tea. I leave in a good mood because they are so up-beat. Beware – This Salon is a wanna be 5 star establishmant with nothing but a garden to back it up. The owner is lazy and the manager stuck-up. I know for %100 fact that the "great reviews" are written by the manger as I have seen this on more than one occasion first hand. I have worked in other upscale salons and know how things should be ran. Their standards of not only service but employees are poor. Disappointed – I've been here before for a brazilian wax and Priscilla is excellent and very personable. She made my first waxing experience a pleasant one. I would definitely go back to her. However, based on earlier glowing reviews I thought I would try their hot stone facials. I understand Priscilla does facials and I realized now that I should have requested her but I was assigned another specialist. Buyer Beware – After reading glowing reviews of this spa I decided to buy a friend a gift certificate for her birthday. The spa encourages people to buy gift certificates directly from their website. I wanted a brochure to enclose with the certificate so I called them and left a message, including my phone number and address, asking them to please mail me a brochure.
