Tab Collins is a great nail tech . someone is trying to sabotage her work. 5 stars for her
Absolutely appalling customer service and inexperience. What a waste of time. To inquire on people’s personal finances and assume just because they get their nails done they have endless amounts of money is just rude and degrading. In today’s economy people HAVE to get what they pay for the first time because they can’t afford to have it done over again and if you do mess it up be gracious enough to make it right. That’s only good business. I will never be going to this establishment.
I have been doing business with LeGrande for several years now. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and courteous the premises are well maintained and you’d be hard pressed to find a station throughout the facility in disarray. I highly recommend LeGrande Salon.
based on my friend and the horrible quality of customer service and nails she got, I would NEVER reccomend this establishment..I hope the owner learns what customer service means and learns some manners..Your business won't last very long when you treat people the horrible ways you've treated my friend..let alone the absolutely horrible nail job she received..Y'all should have made it right!
Terribly rude customer service.
To be perfectly honest, the recent poor reviews have been from individuals that have never set foot in the salon. I've heard nothing but good things from ACTUAL clients.
Treated a friend of mine disgusting and didn’t do the right thing by her as a customer. Hanging up on customers and being straight out mean is uncalled for as a business
