An incredible display of EXCELLENT customer service! I went in this morning to order an arrangement for my father's grave and Carol and KIm truly made me feel as if I was the only customer of the day and came up with the perfect piece. What they did not know is that the customer service they provided was the same that my father provided and was overwhelmingly respected for in his own business for 43 years.
