Thank you for the delicious gluten free, cow's milk free birthday cake this weekend! Some of my family was skeptical that it would taste good (being gluten free) but they inhaled it last night during our get together. The cake itself reminds me of a pound cake, my father in law loved everything about it, my mother in law thought it was beautiful, my nephew loved the "jelly" (raspberry filling) in the center, and my husband just pulled some of the leftover out of the fridge to go with his ice cream.
