I have had excellent experiences here and other times, wondered why I went. Service seems to based entirely on who is working. The cakes I have tried have been completely amazing. However, the frozen hot chocolate was delicious the first time I tried it, but when I brought my family in after telling them how awesome this place was, the frozen hot chocolate was more like chocolate milk with ice that wasn't crushed very well. Fantastic desserts and hot chocolate, but be prepared for horrible service. The place is overstaffed and still can't manage to serve 8 tables or so. DON'T tip!! :P It's still my favorite place to treat friends, but it does end up taking forever. Once I had to clear my own plate!
