WORST APARTMENTS EVER . 0 stars Manager is HORRIBLE. Once your lease is up she doesn’t let you renew it your basically living Month to month. And will raise your rent when she pleases. No visitor parking , Car will be towed if your vehicle doesn’t have a visitor pass on window or sticker the moment sun goes down someone will get your car towed. Me Chateau Le Chateau apt has always been for many years a safe place to live other than the two break ins. Management is very rude and treat tenants with as nothing.
