UPDATE- After only 2 months of living here, they have given us notice to move out as its set to be torn down. Moving here was the worst decision of my life. And to think they were going to raise the rent only to kick us out. What a scam. Humans dont run this company- robots who dont care about people do. So so sad. I was really looking forward to living here- close to downtown, affordable. I was informed the building is SET TO BE TORN DOWN, but would be given 4 months notice when that time comes. I signed and I moved in last week. I came home to a notice on my door 2 days ago that rent is increased. Are you kidding?! Linda mentioned my unit sat vacant for a month and I am starting to see why. Lived here for a year, office management & maintenance teams are top tier. Will be moving soon, but wanted to make sure everyone knew, the reason for staying was not the location, or the pool, or the price, it was how awesome the people were here.
