Recommended Tanya has been cutting my hair and my daughters hair (5 yrs old) for about 6 mths. She does an excellent job - thorough and consistent. Prices are reasonable and availability has been good. The other stylists have been friendly each time I have visited the salon. I would recommend Le Charme.
Best place in the metro area I've been going to Le Charme Salon for five years now. I had been to many other places before but when I started going here, I didn't trust anyone else to do my hair and haven't since. They are a wonderful family owned place with friendly people and nice ambiance. Very professional. I recommend anyone to go there.
Great on your first visit... I went here three times, and will not be back. The first time, a nice stylist gave me a good cut. The second time, she wasn't available so a different stylist gave me an even better cut. The third time, the second stylist totally rushed me through and the cut looked like it - none of the attention to detail she'd shown the first time. I would prefer to find a stylist who is consistent. PROS: Convenient location CONS: Inconsistent

Very Happy! Got a recommendation from a coworker to check out the salon for an updo for prom. Called and got an appt less than a week before the prom. Daughter brought in a picture of what she wanted, and Jesse did an incredible job. Theres nothing better than a child whose thrilled! Will definately go back and recommend to people. Thank you Jesse for making it a great experience!
I love Le Charme I have been going here for a couple of years now. Everyone is so friendly the moment you walk in the door and the stylists take the time and remember you. They are great at what they do!

don't go there I went to have a cut and highlights one week before spring break. The "stylist" was 15 min late because she had to wait in line at the bank. Then was time to "highlight " and cut my hair. She was texting with a friend while she was cutting my hair. I paid and stupidly left a $10 tip. She blowdried and worked my hair with an curling iron. Corporate Office Manager I have been going to Le Charm for about 6 months after being with another stylist in Eugene for 12 years.Brook was recommended to me and I have been very very happy with her hair cuts and her fun easy going personality.The one thing that I do not like about the salon is the unfriendliness of the other stylists, I have never been warmly welcomed by the owner and/or stylist which makes a big difference in the overall view of a great salon.
