Such a beautiful place, I had a facial yesterday for my first time. my skin feels amazing super soft & clean no more black heads. Sweet staff I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you elly ♥️
They deserve NO stars. Rude, Unprofessional, Dirty Owner and workers. I went on Monday. Though I told the lady in green sweater that I had a tear in my nail she gave me a girl that was new and had no clue was she was doing. She used a pumice stone on the back of my heel on a scar I got when I was 11 years old, decades ago. She rubbed so hard she open up that scar and I currently have a open wound. The service sucks.. the lady who does the brows came 1 he late.. I didn't mind the wait but when she did FINALLY get to me she was RUDE! It was obviously mule 1st time so I'm asking questions but her final answer was "lay down there's clients waiting.. let me do the tint if u like it u do it again if not don't do it again" -_- like it doesn't last for 2 weeks.. not to mention one brow came out different than the other

I went on October 11 and I spent 12:15pm, to 8pm. I didn't get seen when I saw she took someone else I confronted her and she said I called u and I didnt see you so I can't see you. I said what! She didn't care that I had been there so long and I told her off. It was ridiculous because she doesn't have any customer service skills and needs to be taught some.
THE STAFF THERE IS SUPER RUDE !! I CALLED BECAUSE MY FRIEND REFEREED ME OVER THERE FOR MY EYEBROWS AND WHEN I CALLED I ASK AT WHAT TIME THEY OPENED FOR EYEBROWS ON THE WEEKEND AND IF I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT THE INDIVIDUAL WHO PICKED UP THE PHONE SAID " THEY OPEN AT 10 AND THAT YOU DON'T NEED AN APPOINTMENT , SHE SAID IT 100 TIMES " AND HANGS UP NOT LETTING ME EVEN FINISH MY SENTENCE . SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY. I DECIDED NOT TO EVEN GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS.
I love coming to see Eli her hands are magical. I cannot trust my eyebrows in anyone else hands. I didn't give this business a 5 star because the waiting time is ridiculous. But at the end of it all the wait is definitely worth it. BEST eyebrow stylist by far
Dirty technicians don't sterilize their tools, bad service, expensive for no reason because appearently, they don't know how to do a basic arcrylic or file nails. Probably a bunch of desperate women trying to get a dollar.
