Nicely organized, kept us up to date via text and phone calls with every step of pre-surgery, during and post surgery. Amazing staff.

The outpatient GTUBE clinic is absolutely terrible!!! The staff is extremely rude! They do not value time or efficient care!!! I’m very disappointed and displeased. I left Vanderbilt services to come to here and I made a huge mistake.

My daughter is 4 months old and is blind and gets seen by ophthalmology department but today they are making me go in the lobby with NO SEATING AND STAND because I have my 6 year old with me, not willing his school had a gas leak and I had no other choice, and they refuse to let us stay in the waiting room.. mind you we are all masked up no fever nothing... they told me I would have to reschedule if I didn’t want to go back outside or downstairs even though I just drove two hours to get here!
