Every staff member here has been excellent! Kids are so loved here at LeBonheur an they r treated with kindness an gentleness! I have been dealing with LeBonheur for 6 years now an I’ve never have encountered any problems!!

The nursing staff was absolutely RUDE. They speak to you as if you’re incompetent. They got us in quickly, but the ladies at the check-in desk were just as rude.

Every time I come it never fails that I come across a hand full that lack bedside care manners .. the staff upon entering where rude as if they didn’t want to be there! Even my little one that was seen even noticed that they weren’t nice ! A few talk to you as if you’re not able to comprehend ! So today 1 star and that 1 star is only because they got us to the back quick
