Always great service and great work for many years!
Very professional and my dogs always come out smelling so nice. Betty (the owner) is the only one who understands how a puppy cut should be done and we are very happy. They even give the boys ties or bowties and the girls the bows when they leave - that's a plus!
Been a couple of years now that I take my fur babies over there and I'm happy every time. Not only do they do an awesome job but the staff and owners are truly the best!
Love this place. I have been taking my dog (bubbles) here for a long time. (From when they started as a mobile grooming service). They always do a great job and my dog is always happy!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR NICE BREED DOGS HERE. We just took our Scotty to this so called pet spa, and they completely screwed his hair. They claim to know how to cut that breeds hair, but they obviously don't. I called to tell them they left him all matted under his chin, and the guy argued with me that he tried to bite the girl cutting his hair. Funny he's never done that at the Tea Cup store /salon in Davie. Never again. People, drive the extra 15 min for an actual good grooming for your pets. And better service. Your dog bit The Groomer, would you like to see camera footage? i even can show you where the groomer tried to groom your dogs face in front of your husband and he tried to bite again. Did he forget to mention that to you. If you claim that your dog does not bite then you should check to see what they did to him in the last place that he is so traumatized that he now bites for grooming. Good luck you might need to take him to a vet to get groomed under sedation because of bad biting behavior.
