They do not take appointments and it is walk in only. We have learned over the years to be there right when they open as to be first in line. They do a great job with our 3 German Shepherds which is why we continued going but it is no longer worth the 9 hours our pets spend there. RecommendedI purchased my puppy from Jenny. He is a purebred Korean maltese who looks like a teddy bears so that's what I named him, Teddy Bear 🥰 He is healthy and happy and potty trained and just perfect. I highly recommend Jenny, she is a sweetheart and is very helpful and kind.
They take the best care of my Pekingese, Kona! He always smells so good and his hair is soft and silky. Hghly recommend!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They are afraid to handle dogs. We requested our dogs belly to be shaved and nails to be cut. We went to pick him up and they said they didn’t do either because they didn’t want to lift him up. They said “he’s aggressive but it’s because it’s the chow in him”. This dog has never bit or done anything to anyone... EVER. If you’re not going to complete the job, give a refund. They don’t know how to handle dogs. Will not be going back.

I called to make an appointment today and because apparently they don’t take appointments, I was told to “just come in before noon.” When I got there right before 11:30 (after a 20 minute drive in the rain), they told me they were booked. OMG I love this place! These people! I cannot say enough! From the moment I walked in. Fresh smelling, colorful, beautifully decorated adorable shop. ADORABLE! Incredible job on my longish coated dog. Lion's cut. Perfection! Will go back forever!
I've been taking my Darwin to Le Bone for years, both for grooming and boarding. Barbie and Carlos are both very caring and professional. I wouldn't trust my fur baby with anyone else.
