Sorry for the long review but you need background: I’ve been shopping around the Galleria area for a while trying to figure out where I really want to go. Oh my gosh !!!! Soo let’s start off with the hospitality!!! They were super amazing very organized they literally closed in 1 hour and took me and my best friend in ! And man the work they do with their nails from the shaping to the smallest details!! And bottomless mimosas everyday !!! Really bad experience this time. They are usually good but today it was really bad. Can’t believe I paid $50 for this. I went here for shellac but it was all unevenly done, when I told them the issue, they tried helping by filing near my cuticles and then I got blood in 2 of the nails. Even then the nails look like they were done at home because of the finishes and how uneven it is on all the ends :( It was more of a skill issue than intent if that makes sense. Unfortunately wont be coming back
Absolutely love this beauty salon! I've been coming here many times, and every visit is amazing. My highlights always look so natural and bright, and my manicure looks flawless. The staff is friendly, professional, and really listens to what you want. Highly recommend!
I absolutely loved my experience here. I came in for a pedicure and a builder gel manicure, and everything from start to finish was amazing. The salon is spotless and clearly very well cared for, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing while still feeling glamorous and luxe. The manicure is flawless, and my pedicure was wonderful. I definitely recommend! 💅✨
