Don did such an amazing job on my nails 🤍 Everyone here was super friendly, the work was clean and beautiful, and they finished pretty fast too. A good nail set really gives you confidence, and I’m honestly obsessed with how mine turned out. Definitely coming back!✨🎀
The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond with their customer service. I got a Russian Manicure will gel, french tips, and a chrome finish. They showed me acrylic nail models to see how the finish would look in different colors. It was so helpful they truly did not have to do that; but they did :) Amy was my nail technician and I would recommend and go again
Sorry for the long review but you need background: I’ve been shopping around the Galleria area for a while trying to figure out where I really want to go. I’ve been to super cheap places that weren’t clean, and I’ve been to super expensive places with mediocre technicians. That said, I finally feel like I found my spot. Worst pedicure and service I ever got. I was there for almost 2 hours and I didn’t even finish getting them done. I had to leave mid service because Kiki who did my nails moved so slow just for them to not be as clean as I wanted them to be. I was a walk in first time customer and this is my first impression of the nail salon unfortunately was 2 stars . To be fair the lady that did my pedicure did an amazing job and it’s worth every penny . The problem occurs when the nail tech did my French tip and when it was time to check out . While she did my nails I told her they weren’t looking good and she told me to wait until she files them at the end. When it was said and done she couldn’t do the reference picture .
