Have been waiting 20 minutes to have blood drawn and still waiting. Awful. Anywhere else takes less than 15 min in and out.

Great staff to work with. Very knowledgeable and skillful in what they do. Waits vary, but they are efficient and considerate of the patient and their time. Hours are correctly posted. As a patient, your experience is much smoother if you bring lab orders with you or call to make sure your doctor sent it over prior to coming. Some labs require fasting (lipid panel, fasting plasma glucose, glucose tolerance test), so you'll want fast for 9 - 12 hours before coming.
