I was assured that the MRI facility sent a pre authorization before my scans. Come to find out nobody told me that they were completely out of network and I was just billed $6000.00 and I can’t talk to anyone about it. I am in healthcare as well! Do not go to an intermountain facility if you want to be balance billed.
The staff is great!
