This review is based on my experience with the receptionists. My doctor needs a disc from the MRI. The computer system was down and I left empty handed after 45 minutes. I filled out a form so someone else could pick up the disc. I was given a phone number to call to make sure the system was working. The woman refused to make the disc ahead of time. It would only take 5 minutes to make. My parents waited for 20 minutes due to system issues again.

It’s ridiculous how long I had to wait to schedule my MRI/CT appointment! It’s very frustrating to wait so long to do something that takes only a few minutes. I STILL haven’t scheduled my appointment - I have been promised a call back when my name comes up in the queue. Also, you’ve probably already heard this, but the person announcing the procedure for scheduling isn’t pronouncing “fluoroscopy correctly.
