Absolutely horrific! Never allow one of your loved ones to stay there. The nurses are great but the "doctors" are an absolute waste of intelligence who refuse to listen to family and patients. I feel so sad for anyone who ever has to encounter this wretched of an experience. Mental health is vitally important and we deserve better. New building, new "technology", are not things that make up for unkind, entitled, incompetent bedside manners and lack of human compassion. Please take your loved ones anywhere but here!
