OH MY GOSH! YOU HAVE TO GO TOO!!! MY SKIN LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL – I SWEAR BY LDI! As prudent as I am, I had to go to the laser center that had only fda approved lasers. WOW amazing results! I am so happy that I made the decision! – AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I had a horrible experience with another laser dermatologist. Dr. Rispler had to fix it! He was amazing! I honestly want to cry! – I really hope people will read this review and consider not going for a "free consult". I went in for a consult and got very very poor service. I guess i just got desperate and felt that this was my last option. But now i regret purchasing the "discounted package". When I came in I was greeted by a lady in the front. My skin looks fantabulous, just brown spots left. – Okay, so I don't want to steer anyone in a certain direction. But I must say. I must not keep this a secret any longer. I wish people would read your reviews! – You know what? I was in the same situation! I own a small business, we are THE BEST within a 100 mile radius, and were voted numero uno. However, then when we received a lot more customers and attention, boy let me tell you, our competition starting to attack us on our review system, which decreased our customer clientele, and we ended up sueing this company for blatant slander! 100% Agree – I agree Riley, I have completed 5 treatments, in a period of 3 months. I am so glad they taught me how to have beautiful skin, and they are teaching me how to maintain it. That is just the way it goes. Hey, we are very lucky to have these kinds of medical procedures. You know they used to write about acne from the 1300's as painful sores that never went away. don't listen to the competitors trying to sell their service – LDI is the real deal! I am a REAL PATIENT, I took it all the way with them, from the beginning I put all my last hopes into them. I am now so HAPPY that I DID! I swear, I have never been happier, I only look better and better every day. I don't even have to wear makeup anymore. I am so mad! – I just came back from our free consultation, which was a complete joke, and I am so angry. My son has acne, and is feeling really bad about himself, so I decided to check out laser treatments. I knew it would be expensive, but I at least thought that a real doctor would come in and examine my son before they asked for $8000 to treat him. Sales people, not medical people – I recently went to the LDI Irvine facility and was sorely disappointed with the service! Many of the very poor reviews on here are absolutely correct! They do have someone in a suit (basically a car salesman - who has no clue about medicine or dermatology for that matter) come in first and try to find out what your problem is and tell you it's going to be very expensive - about $3500 per treatment, with multiple treatments being needed.
