Purchased my dress via their etsy account back in Feb 2024. And while I love the dress, I do not love how they pretended to "custom make" my dress for almost two months. In fact they purchased this dress overseas for a significantly lower price, and resold it to me.. and who knows how many others they've done this to. I’m sure in person this place is lovely, but online I had a horrible experience. Ordered a veil through their Etsy Store in June that was supposed to be delivered in September. The store shut down in July, but I was assured that I’d still get my order. Didn’t get my veil, attempted to call the brick and mortar location no less than 10 times over three weeks and never spoke with a person. Left voicemails and SMS notifications when their voicemail box filled up. Very poor customer service online.
This is by far the best dress experience I’ve had as a soon to be bride! Laura is so nice and made me feel comfortable and understood, and the dresses are GORGEOUS! ❤️

I came in not really knowing what to expect but Laura made my dreams come true not only does she offer beautiful gowns but at a affordable price she's very knowledgeable and sweet. I will definitely recommend her to My family and friends. Support your local small businesses!
