I have had excellent response from the health insurance aspect. Amy is wonderful. She finds exactly what I need and can afford and answers emailed questions quickly. Sue in Woodstock also does the same for my mom. Takes so much worry off our shoulders to have such competent, friendly, dare I say brilliant help available.
This is the second time I called this company and nobody called me back and now I called them they asked me to leave a message again and somebody will call me back I don’t know what’s going on. They are busy. We are busy too, and when we need a service they need to help us.
