Had regular polish not gel or dip due to working in food service I only needed them polished for a few days. I was told my nails were dry so I left but my nails never completely dried all day and I returned to touch up and they were very rude to me! My nails never did look nice and at my party everyone agreed I always came here and I would bring my daughters! I will never return to this salon!

I have been a customer of LD nails for 5 plus years. In fact my family went there as well. Diane (the owner) and the rest of her employees knew my family and I. I had a pedi done on Thursday. The nail polish never dried fully due to the employees putting too much acetone in the close to empty nail polish bottles and ruined the polish. I went back in after the weekend, because I was out of town. Asked them to switch it out with another color. They told me to pick a color. After I sit down and the employee looks at it.
