I am in love with fascial stretch! I have had to go to the chiro religiously every 6 weeks to keep moving and keep chronic pain at bay. Since going for stretch, I haven't gone back to the chiro. I would recommend it to anyone that's feeling stiff or has joint/muscle pain.
