The service here is poor. I have had issues not being able to receive my medications for MONTHS. I would say don’t waste your time here, the employees clearly don’t care about your needs and won’t help you. No one seems to know what they are doing, the communication is poor, and everything seems unorganized.
Had an appointment at 1pm arrived at 12:45pm and when I walked in no one helped me other than to sign in and then I sat there for 30 minutes until I had to ask when I would be seen and then the receptionist told me they were busy on the phone with other patients while then have a patient(me) here in the office trying to get checked in since this was my first time.
