Woke up this morning not feeling well. Went to do online check in for LCMC Health Urgent Care Northshore and was given an appointment time for 10:39. I show up after receiving the text message saying it’s my time for arrival, only to be told there’s an hour and a half wait. When questioning the purpose of online checkin, I was told that really doesn’t matter. If there’s people that walk in ahead of your scheduled appointment, you have to wait! I’m SO frustrated!!! My family and I love coming here than for us to go anywhere else. Doctors are great! I love that they sit with you and explain things to you. Everyone at the office are very polite and helpful. And the wait is never long, usually I'm in in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone. You will not be disappointed!!
