The woman at the front desk said hello, “ID and Insurance” I give her both and wait quite a long time. I’m very sick so I’m not paying attention. Then I notice she’s playing on her phone and hasn’t done anything on the computer. I can hardly stand and she hasn’t said a word. My daughter and I went to this location today 07/18/26 at about 4:30pm and had no clue that they close at 5pm. My daughter wasn't feeling too well and needed to be checked out. So we walked through the door (was never greeted) the lobby was empty. We went to speak to the receptionist and she had the worse attitude ever.
