I wish I could give this review zero stars. I bought a mag lamp from them that had a short in it, and they did right by sending me another one. After very little use, it also broke. Now they want me to pay the shipping to send it back for them to fix it. I would not buy one more thing from this company even if they were the last company on earth that sold them.

I NEVER GOT THE ELECTRIC BED. They scammed me by putting a tracking number where FedEx never received my order and XYZ Beauty shamelessly lied saying that the mail had lost it and it only stole my time and hurt my business. They are not professionals. Worst purchase of my life

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. The steamer we ordered came in defective, they tried to give us fixes and alternative to use it but wouldn’t accept the return. Why would we pay for something that is damaged? Would NOT Recommend lclbeauty, if you like any of their products use amazon instead to save your time and money in case the product doesn’t work out for you

Purchased the PRO-1037A Dual strength hair steamer (arrived 5 days later with a bottle of keratin deep conditioner [which was a bonus]). An online manual was emailed to me before the steamer arrived. The steamer was easy to assemble, it's a nice light-weight sturdy gadget (with caster wheels) to have in the home. When dealing with customer service "live chats" and a call to a customer service "supervisor," whom had no business dealing with anybody, let alone a customer service call. I was NOT treated like a valued customer after several orders to the company and I will never buy anything from them again. If you like to deal with companies with great customer service, LCL Beauty is not for you!
