Jackelin was amazing! She was patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough with the lice removal process. She explained every step, made my child feel comfortable, and gave helpful tips for follow-up care. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing — highly recommend her if you ever need professional lice treatment and peace of mind!

Ravaged.We were infested. My daughter has very thick and curly hair.I had checked my son and thought he was clear.Very glad after watching the video that I had us ALL checked.Son had nits as well. Upon 1st detection I did what I thought neccesary.I bought every product on the shelf and to no avail after 4 treatments I was still finding nits(eggs) on her scalp. My 7 year old and I visited this place on April 20th. The technician was only spent a few minutes on our comb out. She did not sanitize the blow dryer between jobs. Worst of all is well spent $332 and we were still left with lice. We contacted the owner and was not able to get any refunds.
We brought our family of four in and had such a great experience. They were so kind and patient with our kids, and the whole process was quick and easy. We left completely lice-free and stress-free. Highly recommend
