Nicole answered my call late one night when I discovered the live. We were able to get in first thing the next morning. Jaky was excellent and thorough. My duaghter had lice and nits so we did the full treatment. I have extensions and she didn’t find anything. But I did the express treatment to be sure they weren’t hiding. 10/10 recommend.
Jackelin was amazing! She was patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough with the lice removal process. She explained every step, made my child feel comfortable, and gave helpful tips for follow-up care. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing — highly recommend her if you ever need professional lice treatment and peace of mind!
Ravaged.We were infested. My daughter has very thick and curly hair.I had checked my son and thought he was clear.Very glad after watching the video that I had us ALL checked.Son had nits as well. Upon 1st detection I did what I thought neccesary.I bought every product on the shelf and to no avail after 4 treatments I was still finding nits(eggs) on her scalp. Just in case you're wondering "do they ALWAYS find lice?" The answer is NO. You can trust them to tell you if you are clear. We had gone through a lice treatment somewhere else (it took DAYS) and wanted to get checked a couple weeks later. We were all clear and appreciated their honesty so much! I hope we don't need to come back but I highly recommend them. Thank you!
