I had never dealt with lice before and my daughter came home from school with them, which then infected my loced up hair as well 😳😵💫, scariest thing ever not having dealt with before, and other places would not service me due to my locs. What wonderful service. I have never dealt with lice before but this is the only way to go. Nicole has tutorial videos and walked me through the process several times as I had many questions. Nobody wants to deal with head lice but I would absolutely do this again. I wish I had skipped the at home process and just done this immediately. The place was clean and our technician was friendly. The treatment does get really hot though and my 11 year old daughter came out crying. She said ow and asked the tech to stop but she didn’t and now she’s pretty upset. As a parent I understand the tech is just doing her job and she is likely used to kids complaining or saying ouch. I appreciate the thoroughness however it’s tough knowing your kid was hurt by a service you paid for. If we get lice again (hoping we don’t) we will try somewhere different.
Jackelin was amazing! She was patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough with the lice removal process. She explained every step, made my child feel comfortable, and gave helpful tips for follow-up care. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing — highly recommend her if you ever need professional lice treatment and peace of mind!
Ravaged.We were infested. My daughter has very thick and curly hair.I had checked my son and thought he was clear.Very glad after watching the video that I had us ALL checked.Son had nits as well. Upon 1st detection I did what I thought neccesary.I bought every product on the shelf and to no avail after 4 treatments I was still finding nits(eggs) on her scalp.
