I think this is the best experience I've ever had with a Car Repair shop. Lenny came out and diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be quite serious, and then went out of his way to make sure that it was properly fixed. Lenny and his wife are warm, kind, and I got the sense they are concerned with the quality of their work and the safety of their customers.
