This company does very poor quality work. I regret using them for my home renovation.
Consumers, beware of this company!!!!!. In 2017, I bought a home that had work done by LC Construction Company back in Dec 2016. The work was supposed to be for a foundation issue and agreement was between previous owner and this contractor. A 30 year warranty was issued to the previous owner that initialized the agreement. This warranty certificate was passed on to me stating that they would respond in case of any issue.
