We are die-hard LBOE customers, but Saturday night was beyond comprehension. We waited almost an hour for our burger and nachos, just to receive cold food.
I had never been to this establishment until tonight and I won’t be going back. I was not allowed to order a drink from the bar because I was told I had a server. After I told the bartender that it wasn’t an issue for me to order my drinks and carry them back to my table, he was still adamant on telling me that I had a server and to order my drink from her.
