I’m about 3 years late in this review. Howard has been our reliable and expeditious expert for a variety of issues for several years now. From carpenter bees, to mice, and now this year some aggressive wasps. When we call he’s usually on site within 24 hours, and always does a very thorough job not only remediating what we can see, but also what we can’t. We had some ‘guests’ and Howard came right over and took great care of it. Kept us posted on his progress and problem solved.
I so appreciate that Howard worked to find out how the mice were coming into our house and to plug the hole at the source, as well as deal with the few that have made it in. He came right away and several times over the next week or two to check in, and he was prompt, courteous, helpful and effective. A pleasure to deal with in every way. Thanks!
Howard was great. Answered our call right away. Was at our house within the hour. Did a great job. Found the problem and took care of it straight away. Came back a few times to make sure the problem was fully taken care of. Would highly recommend Howard and he would be by first call if I needed services in the future.
Owner came out same day! Told me I did his job for him and only charged me for the traps he set up for me! Great guy! Would recommend this local company!
