I am incredibly disappointed with LBI Cleaners. While friendly at first, they proved to be a liability for my rental business. Our first clean was just okay, and the second left the property visibly dirty. The breaking point was our most recent turn. After receiving multiple confirmations for an 11:00 AM clean, the team did not show up until 3:00 PM. They ignored all phone calls and texts for hours leading up to check-in. We have used them for four years. They usually come with a crew of four so they’re not there long. Do a thorough job and have been satisfied. Sometimes they don’t show at the hour projected
They have been doing a great job for us for at least 1 year. We tried several other one but they are by far the best. We higly recommend them
The staff were very helpful and thorough. They finished ahead of schedule. The house felt and smelled so amazing afterwards. Will def rehire in the future!
