Just make a call to inquire and the woman who answered is very disrespectful. And pretending its answering machine and she is mocking. Worst.
I’ve been trying to reach you guys out for 2 consecutive weeks for my box replacement! The guy told me that he’ll get back to bring the box back to my place cause I have to send one more box to the Philippines and til now he didn’t even answer my messages!
I've been using LBC as my preferred carier for over 10 years. So this far, it's been reliable and affordable. I'm starting to lose my faith in the reliance of the Scarborough office. Something is falling through the cracks Or, is it discrimination because I don't speak tagalog? Either way, my 4the reservation number after receiving 3 previous failed promises, and after visiting the office in person, a promise that my 4xboxes will be picked up in Sat. Am. This is a complete disrespect and disregard of my time, and patience.
Incredibly helpful staff who came across as knowledgable and competent...just wish stuff got shipped out more than once a week. If you get the wrong day your package can sit there for a week....
Very disappointed on my “kapwa” Filipino. I booked for my BalikBayan box picked up last Saturday. At first, everything was fine. The driver called and said that he is on his way early that day around 10 AM. While I am the one who answered his call, my mother-in-law is the one who could attend the pick up, as we were out at that time.
