Recent heavy rains resulted in a major leak in the sunroom. Nick Novack of LB Roofing came this morning to inspect the roof and gutters around the leak area. He was on time and courteous. After inspection, he identified a primary issue and made a repair on the spot. He cautioned that there may be a secondary contributing factor since the roof is old, but advised to see whether the first repair solved the leak. We needed a roof repair that LB Roofing originally installed in 2015. They gave us a fair quote for replacing the back porch roof and replacing some weathered shingles. In and out in one day with good clean-up. Nick, the project manager, and his workers were professional in all their dealings with us.

Nick and Lee were great to work with. We had a leak on our roof due to bad caulk and they were able to repair it the same day. They also repaired our current roof by replacing shingles, nails, and caulk later in the week.
