Excellent! I have recommended LB Roofing for clients (as a Real Estate agent) friends and so when I needed a new roof, I knew who to call. Nick was very communicative, gave me options with prices and made my choices easy. He was on site checking the crew's work, which was great. the crew was quick, cleaned up my yard better than I do. Completely on time with job, completed in budget. All in all a very good experience and I recommend LB Roofing to anyone.
If you own a house constructed before building codes existed, you know that extra "surprises" come up during improvement projects. Lee is a self-described "roofing nerd" and the right guy to work through options when such challenges arise. His crew showed up when promised, did what they were supposed to do, and cleaned up afterwards. All this for a fair price. And a shout-out to Nick, who kept me apprised throughout the process.
We called several companies in Atlanta looking for a one stop shop company who was able to handle deck and fence repairs, siding replacement, along with interior and exterior painting. 5 stars exclusively because of the lead Nick Nowak. We bought a house and I hired LB for some wood rot and gutter replacement. Nick was responsive from the start and great to work with. We had a few issues with a subcontractor and Nick made sure to fix everything and clean up their mistakes immediately. I will be using them for all my construction projects as long as Nick is still there.
LB Roofing & Construction knocked it out of the park on my new roof! Lee and his crew were professional, communicative, and efficient from start to finish. Truly pound for pound the best roofer in Atlanta. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend!
