I’ve been bringing my pet to Lazy Paw for some time now but today’s experience was ridiculous. I understand the schedule may be tight at times but my dog needed to be seen by her home hospital and no one could help. There’s ten different receptionists working but no one to examine my pet? Extremely poor experience from Lazy Paw. No one even checked in the back to see if I could be squeezed in. All ten receptionists just sat there and said sorry there’s nothing we can do. I love Lazy Paws! The entire staff takes the time to listen and explain thoroughly. They are all so nice and knowledgeable. They are very reasonable with treatment and do not ask you to spend money that is not necessary, as some veterinarians do, unfortunately. We will definitely be going back and they have our referrals for a lifetime! Thank you for taking such great care of Kobe & Bailey!

We were recommended by a friend when our dog got sick a couple days ago. My husband took our dog and said they did a very thorough and hands on exam and didn’t suggest any extra or unnecessary test. I wish I could have been there to experience what my husband experienced! I cannot wait to take my other animals for their yearly exams!
The vet they matched us with could care less and rushed through everything without even addressing my issues or concerns. I had to continually repeat myself. They were also WAY over priced for a neuter/chip.
