Great business to deal with !!
We bought a 2024 Grand Design. We took it out on our 1st trip and the fridge wasn't working properly. I took it to the service department made several calls with no response and texted several times with little to know response. They had our unit for 2 months. We received our unit and took it on a trip and our kitchen facuet was missing the pull down nozzle head. My wife called several times and texted several times with no answer. I had initially gone to another RV dealership. They ignored my request even after filling out an application for financing. After my 4th call trying to get The Finance Lady on the line i gave up and went looking for another dealership. I inquired online about a couple of models on a weekend. It was an overall great experience i didn't feel pressured into buying anything Jason didn't try to show me anything I wasn't looking for i went to 5 other RV sales lots and they all tried to sell me trailers i didn't want. The atmosphere was just right
