UPDATE: A customer support member has responded to my review asking for me to email them my contact information. I did that at 7:20AM 11/24/25. It is now 11/25/25 at 5:00 PM and I've finally gotten ahold of one person in Tampa of all places to assist me. The only individual that has been slightly helpful and stuck to their word is Mark (or marcus) a Sales Rep in Tampa. He said he'd have someone call me back and he actually stuck to his word. I went to Lazydays in Tucson to have maintenance done on the heater in my van, and to have a dead light switch replaced. The technician who was working on my van let me know that all he had to do was unplug my heater for 5 minutes and plug it back in and it worked like a charm. After me telling them that I had a dead light switch, they then told me that I had a dead light switch. They charged me $330 to unplug and plug in a heater, and to tell me that I had a dead light switch (they did not even fix the light switch, they ch... read more
We had a list of repairs under warranty to get fixed. Diognosis didn't take long, but when I asked about 3 things that were on the list, unexpectedly, all of a sudden, we were kicked out of the dealership. The 2 major repairs still needed to be repaired. And were told to repair it ourselves. I called the manufacturer, and they couldn't believe that happened. We have heard of this happenning on a few occasions with other customers. Details are on my website.
