Brand new travel trailer, 2 months old 2 months in the service dept, still isn’t working right. Employees are nice about it though,
We purchased a new Lance trailer in January 2024 and paid the "estimated" fees for Arizona titling and registration. We were overcharged, $122, and 18 months later Lazy Days realized their mistake and issued us a refund check. The check was not good - account "frozen." I have reached out to Lazy Days more than six times on the phone and in writing. No response. Take your business somewhere else.
