NEVER take your Rv to get fixed by these guys. We dropped ours off in January, work STILL is not completed. Plus the communication is for shut with them.
April 23rd. 2026 To whom it may concern; On March 11, 2026, my wife Billie Jo and I purchased a Ram Promaster camper van from Campers Inn of Tucson, az. Upon driving 25 miles to our home we discovered that the rubber solar panel was loose and flapping in the wind at 40 mph. Upon getting home, we also discovered that the auxiliary batteries were dead. I had roof issues on my long cross country trip, and I stopped in in the morning without an appointment and they were able to work me in and took care of me. Especially Eddie B., the technician, was able to go out of his way to make sure the repairs were done right and would hold up. I highly recommend Campers Inn if you are in need of service.
We went in to lazy days RV center in Tucson on Saturday afternoon with our friends to start to look at buying 2 RV’s we just moved from Tampa Florida and had a great experience there at the Tampa branch so was excited to find one or two there and have the same experience this time WRONG!
