I went in here right before I went to see a movie. I ordered fish chips with the apple cider coleslaw. The food was terrible the fish was not crispy and the coleslaw had no dressing it was completely dry no flavor. I was sitting at the bar when I brought this up to the bartender she offered me a free appetizer. That I didn't want and didn't take. We decided to give this lazy dog one more try, hoping for better results, which ended up being the most disappointing visit. The to-go system needs so much help; from organization to communication. Our order ended up taking 30 minutes longer than projected, which was a bit frustrating, but things happen. When I called in to check on my order, I kept getting hung up on (it seemed accidental, but I wasn’t pleased when it happened twice in a row). The fireside favorites $15 BBQ Bacon burger with fries and a dessert is probably the best deal in Colorado. Five stars for honest pricing and a great burger!

Atmosphere is top notch. Food prices don't match quality but it's decent. We've been there many times and it seems the "bar food" are the winning items, aka fried things (like fish and chips) or burgers are great. Others are hit or miss, most lacking flavor, you almost need to pair your own items. As an example, order a salad, side of meat, candy bacon, then mix.
