The food is good but the temperature being so cold (although said by staff to be a comfortable temperature) puts the whole experience down many pegs. No one likes to shiver while waiting for good, eating food, etc. Noticed at 6:30 to 7pm prime dinner time many tables are empty. I heard many tables complaining about the cold.
