I don't know where to start I love Lazio's! The food is always wonderful, the margaritas are the best I've ever had. I have never had a negative experience here and I've been a customer of theirs since I was just a kid. But it sounds to me like some of the staff still have some learning to do... Its better when everyone is on the same page.
Nothing more than your over priced applebees. I could not tell who our server was because there were so many different people that came to our table. Then when our food was messed up a manager came by and he seemed to be in a bad mood and did the fake nice thing. Gave it 2 stars because at least the beer was good.
Sitting here now wishing i would have gone elsewhere for Fathers Day. Staff spent time telling us "sorry".

I saw a negative review that really surprised me so I had to put in my 2 cents in as I am currently at Lazlo's having our usual fantastic service, beer & food. This has been our favorite place for a few years now. We keep trying others but usually end up saying "should have gone to Lazlo's" because either the service or food is not as good at other places & in my opinion the beer is never as good. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I went up to the hostess when we arrived at 5 in the evening and told him we needed a table for 8 people and a highchair. They told me (in a tone that said we don't want your business) well it's going to be at least an hour and a half to two hour wait. We asked why so long when there were tons of empty tables and they said well we start taking reservations at 10:30. Did I mention that nearly the entire place is EMPTY including the entire back room!
